EQTY2023: A Summit for Health Justice

EQTY2023 sought to explore the past, present, and future of health equity. The Summit convened an audience of over 300 healthcare leaders, changemakers, community advocates, social reform advocates, and more, from across the country seeking to advance health equity in their communities.

We brought esteemed speakers to the EQTY stage for an immersive day to inspire, share their expertise, and showcase the latest innovations around health equity.

Contributions

  • End-to-end project management, from initial consultations with internal stakeholders and management to post-mortem team wrap-up

  • Lead cross-functional teams, set project objectives, create timelines, and allocate resources to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Conceptualized and created 360 promotional messaging plans, including social media and efficient email communications strategy

  • Data-driven insights to guide performance

  • Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on project progress KPIs and presenting recommendations for enhanced marketing initiatives to capture a broad reach.

  • Managed and mentored the marketing team, providing guidance, support and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Oversaw and guided design direction for the overall project to ensure brand consistency

At A Glance:

  • Inaugural summit hosted by the HEA and BMC Leaders

  • EQTY will encompass a day-long, action-oriented networking and conversations centered around next practices in healthcare

  • Four panels will tackle discussions centered around closing the gap across various inequities in the communities we serve, highlighting actionable goals to address social determinants of health

  • 3-panel discussions supported with curated videos produced by marketing in partnership with Health Equity Accelerator leadership teams.
